⏰ Time:
The creation time for a model varies between a week and a half, 3 weeks, or up to 2 and a half months, approximately, depending on the complexity and if there are many pending orders. You will be notified about changes, modifications, and the progress of the model once they are made, such as the sketch, coloring, rendering, and final animation. Once shown,the client can request modifications to adjust it to their liking.💳 Payment:
I accept PayPal and Mercado Pago Argentina . A 50% upfront payment is required once the sketching process begins. If you can’t pay the full amount at once, you can do it in installments, with the assurance that the model will be ready and will only wait for the final payment to be delivered. Changes to the commission are accepted.

Terms of Service
❤1. Definitions and scope of service:
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all art, rigging, vtuber modeling and 3d modeling commissions provided by the artist.
1.2. The client must provide clear and detailed character references so that the artist can develop the requested design. Any changes or preferences must be communicated before the final stage.

❤2. Prices and payment methods:
2.1. Prices vary depending on the type of service requested and the extras selected. These prices are subject to change, but any modification will not affect ongoing projects already agreed upon.
2.2. Initial payment: Work will begin only once the client confirms their ability to pay, and half of the total agreed price will be due. The client will be informed when the artist begins working on the model and when payment is due.
23. Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of the model. The client will not receive the final files until full payment is completed.
2.4. Payments are accepted through PayPal. Other methods, such as Mercado Pago Argentina, are available upon consultation with the artist.

❤3. Work Process and Delivery Times:
3.1. The estimated delivery time varies between one and a half weeks, 3 weeks or up to 2.5 months, depending on the complexity of the project and the number of orders in queue. The client will be notified of the progress of the project at key stages such as sketching, coloring, rendering and animation.
3.2. The client will be informed specifically when the creation of the work begins. The receipt of files by the client does not imply that the work begins immediately, as it is part of the workflow.
3.3. Any delays will be communicated to the client, along with a new delivery estimate. Delays due to lack of information or confirmation from the client may extend delivery times.

❤4. Cancellations and Refunds:
4.1. Cancellation by the artist: The artist reserves the right to cancel the order if he/she is unable to complete it for personal or technical reasons. In this case, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the client.
4.2. Cancellation by the client: If the client cancels the order after the work has begun, the artist will retain 50% of the payment as compensation for the time spent. The client will not receive any files related to the project.

❤5. Modifications and Additional Work:
5.1. During the work process, the client may request modifications at specific stages (sketch, coloring, rigging, modeling). Any changes requested after final delivery are completely free of charge.
5.2. If the work is exceptionally complex or includes features that require additional work, the artist reserves the right to charge an additional fee to balance the workload. This will be communicated to the client before starting and before the initial payment.

❤6. Rights of use and intellectual property:
6.1. The client acquires all commercial rights to use the model in portfolio, broadcasts, videos and digital content once full payment has been made.
6.2. The artist reserves the right to include the model in his personal portfolio or share it as a sample of his work unless the client explicitly requests that the project remain private.

7.1. The artist guarantees the delivery of high-quality work in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
